Returns Policy

Garments of an intimate nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This includes (but not limited to) underwear, swimwear, lingerie, duckbill masks. 

Faulty garments will first be repaired free of charge. Where repairs are not possible, the item will be replaced free of change. If neither of these options are possible, a refund will be issued. 

Deposits are usually required for large/bespoke orders. Any deposits, as negotiated with The Definite Article prior to construction of the item, will not be refunded.
